Refund and Returns Policy

* Items purchased at a discounted price are non-exchangeable/ non-refundable.
* If you wish to exchange items, register your request using “Contact Us”, giving the order reference number and date, within 1 day of purchase or rush to your nearest store within 1 day. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the same color and pattern.
* To be eligible for a return, the internal package must be unused and in the same condition that
you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* We have no refund policy against any purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
Shipping Charges: PKR 250

Payment Guidelines:
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at the time of delivery.
Customers are advised not to transfer any amount in advance for COD orders until the courier arrives. Sitara Studio will not be responsible for any loss due to unauthorized payments.
