Refund and Returns Policy

* Items purchased at a discounted price are non-exchangeable/ non-refundable.
* If you wish to exchange items, register your request using “Contact Us”, giving the order reference number and date, within a day of receiving of package. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the same color and pattern.
* To be eligible for a return, the internal package must be unused and in the same condition that
you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Policy
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
Shipping Charges: As per courier standard charges.

Payment Guidelines:
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at the time of delivery by the representative of courier company. Before handing over payment read the attached invoice carefully to confirm your order.
Customers are advised not to transfer any amount in advance for COD orders until the courier arrives. Mohsin Home Style will not be responsible for any loss due to unauthorized payments.
